A creamy, cellar ripened cow’s milk cheese. Streaked with blue veins but not over-powering on the palate.www.northumberlandcheese.co.uk
You’re always sure to find some live traditional folk music in and around Alnwick with the Northumbria Folk Festival taking place in June.
Gorgeous cottage, had a very chilled week. The trip to Farne Islands from Seahouses was a great experience, we could even take Louis our dog with us, which was great! Good luck with your cottage, it is fab x

You have a lovely cottage which we have thoroughly enjoyed staying in. Beautiful area, we love Northumberland this was our third visit. We had great weather also, all the best with your cottage.

Spent four days in this delightful cottage. It had everything you could wish for and it was ideally placed to explore the area. The cottage was spotlessly clean and furnished to an extremely high standard. The cottage was next to the Percy Arms where we enjoyed a lovely meal.
As always the Northumberland coast and countryside didn't disappoint! We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The cottage is very comfortable and makes a good centre for visiting the Northumberland area.

Have enjoyed our stay here so much that we are planning to return next year!

Relax whilst dinning in the Treehouse Restaurant (or down on the beach)
Combining stunning sea views with delicious home cooking and beautifully kept ales, this is a tastefully refurbished pub with tradition and character at its heart.
The Treehouse is one of the most magical and unique restaurants to be found anywhere in the world. With a roaring fire in the centre of the room and trees growing through the floor.
The main attraction in Beadnell is its magnificent golden sandy beach, beautiful coastline, and views to the distant Cheviot Hills.
