Chatton is a small village in Northumberland, approximately 15 miles
north of Alnwick and 16 miles south of Berwick – Upon –
Tweed. It is just 5 miles from Wooler and Belford in the heart of
rural Northumberland. Being England’s most northerly border
county it is still largely unaffected by tourism and retains the charm
and variety that have long made it a favourite of those who appreciate
something special.
Percy Cottage is adjacent to the Percy Arms Hotel originally built
as a hunting lodge for the Duke of Northumberland. The hotel is renowned
for its outstanding cuisine as well as its warm and friendly Northumbrian
hospitality.
